Flint Barn

The clients were keen gardeners, and one wish was to have a greenhouse set amid a vegetable garden. A gorgeous Orangery style structure was chosen, and the design included a water feature which was added for further interest. Nicola and Viv designed the stone reflection pool to capture the sky and encourage wildlife, this was connected to a central terrace, creating the perfect place to drink in the view.

 

Within the larger garden area, beautiful exterior materials were used to compliment the contemporary planting scheme, such as Belgium Bluestone and green oak arches. Additional use of textural pots and sculptural pieces provided the finishing touches.

 

An enclosed seating space for spending time relaxing or with family and friends, added another dimension to the garden, the hanging seat, added a superb structure and interest to this section of the garden.
