We were called in to help with this garden design project as our client had been let down by a number of previous landscapers who had quoted for the work and been told they could no longer complete the build. The brief was to design and build a new garden for their whole family to enjoy.

We designed the garden around the view that could be seen from their house. The kitchen and entertaining space were beautiful and we wanted this feeling to naturally flow and continue outside and into the garden.

The design of the large upper paving area and use of bullnose porcelain steps created an organic flow onto the swimming pool. To frame the pool and accentuate a relaxed, luxury atmosphere, we built four border quadrants planting half standard olive trees, Lavender, Agapanthus, Salvia, Geranium and Carex. Each tree was up-lit and looked particularly stunning at night.

On both sides of the swimming pool, we laid porcelain paving from Arbour Landscaping Solutions that ran to a louvered pergola ready for lounge furniture to be added at a later date. Slatted fencing was installed on the left-hand side of the garden for privacy and for evergreen coverage, Trachelospermum Jasminoides was planted.
